The Botanical Society of Namibia often organises events in conjunction with the National Botanic Research Institute.

Public talk

Barbara Curtis will lead us through the use of the key to the revised and expanded edition of “Trees and Shrubs of Namibia”. 

Members will be able to obtain the book at a special price from Botsoc.

Due to an event at the Namibia Scientific Society on the same evening, our Talk will now take place on Thursday 26 July at NBRI: 8 Orban Street.

Refreshments available afterwards

A donation of N$15 is requested from non-BotSoc members. BotSoc members and children free of charge. Books and BotSoc T-shirts will be on sale and refreshments will be available.
