Outing to Düstenbrook game farm

NEWS (Namibian Environment & Wildlife Society) have invited Botsoc members to join them on an outing:

Where: Düstenbrook game farm, just outside Windhoek – on the road to Namib Poultry.

Date: Saturday 30 March

Time: 08h00 Meet at Reception of the Lodge. Advise the Lodge if you will be staying for lunch and/or further activities your account. The walk will be about 2 hours to the Hippo Pool and back - swim if you would like to. Luise Hoffmann and Jaco Fourie will be guides for us.

Entrance: Adults N$45,00 less 20% discount for NEWS members – payment at Reception. Children under 12 pay 50%. NB: This is a child friendly outing if you would like to bring yours along – care can be arranged for them if required.

Registration: By 26 March e-mail to Hilda-Marie: Information@NEWS-Namibia.org. State the number of people in your party and if child care is required. If we could arrange going out in groups, it would save cars and fuel; If you can offer space/if you would like a lift let Diana (rafthom@afol.com.na) know and we will see what we can arrange.
