In celebration of Arbour Day the Botanical Society presents Certificates of Recognition to any person, company, organisation, school or establishment that goes out of the ordinary way to save and protect Namibia's indigenous trees.

The following details are required for each nominee:

1. The name of the person / company / school /establishment
2. A brief description of the nomination
3. The locality of the site (physical address)
4. One or more pictures if possible.

Any person, member or non-member, may make one or more nominations.
